Rees-Mogg on Brexit: ‘The best is yet to come’

Jacob Rees-Mogg says “the best is yet to come” in the post-Brexit era for the UK.

Giving evidence to the European scrutiny committee, the minister for Brexit opportunities outlined how the UK is now operating under post-Brexit regulations.

Rees-Mogg said: “It allows more innovative and broader policy thinking.

“Now if a bill comes to parliament, that is our law, and that’s really exciting and democratic.”
