ESRC: 9th October: BURISA/UPTAP Seminar - Understanding Population Trends and Processes
This workshop is designed to disseminate the findings of a series of 'applied' research projects funded by the ESRC that involve the analysis of secondary sets by so-called 'User Fellows' i.e. researchers from various non-academic organisations who have been undertaking relatively short-term projects in collaboration with researchers from centres of academic excellence around the country. The subjects are wide ranging (from poverty in old age through to library usage!) and all very topical - and attendance is free.
