Carnage in the Middle East

The temporary calm in the Middle East following the Hamas/Israeli truce has changed to horror as violent events occur across Palestine and Israel.

A man has driven a bulldozer into a bus in Jerusalem, killing at least three people and injuring 30 more in what is thought to be a terrorist attack.

Meanwhile, crowds at the Gaza-Egyptian border at Rafah are storming the fence and throwing rocks at Egyptian troops.

Witnesses are reported as saying the bulldozer drove through the city’s traffic before ploughing into the crowded public bus.

The driver was eventually shot dead after people climbed into the cab of the bulldozer.

An ambulance service spokesperson said that seven people are in a critical condition and three have been confirmed dead at the scene.

A car has also been left crushed on the side of Jaffa Road.

Reports suggest the driver was a Palestinian militant, which if proved correct could spell the end of the recent peace agreement between Israel and Hamas.
