Cultural property (armed conflict) (draft) bill

This bill would ratify the 1965 Hague Convention on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict. It would forbid the UK attacking the cultural property of other parties and protect its own cultural property in the event of an armed conflict.
