This conference is a joint venture between three current Research Programmes:

  • ESRC/AHRC Programme on Religion and Society
  • AHRC Programme on Diasporas, Migration and Identities
  • ESRC Programme on Identities and Social Action.

    The conference explores the interlinking roles of ethnicity, gender, religion and class in shaping group and individual identities from across the arts, social sciences and humanities.

    This conference is being held at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford.
