The NHS Confederation's annual conference and exhibition bridges the gap between day-to-day reality and the vision for the future. It’s the key event of the year for networking with senior health leaders.
Rt Hon Alan Johnson MP and David Nicholson, Chief Executive of the NHS in England join a range of engaging plenary speakers. Sessions and networking activities take place in six strands:
- Leadership
- Clinical innovation for managers
- Health inequalities
- Levers of change
- Quality, safety and dignity
- Workforce
In the run up to the conference, we will be publishing a series of debate papers on future challenges to the health service. The first of these, Funding tomorrow today: social care for older people and vulnerable adults, will be released on Wednesday 23rd April.
