With two concurrent conferences running under one roof, there really is something for everyone at this year’s Development, Regeneration, and Maintenance Conferences and Exhibition.

Through a fantastic selection of interactive breakouts and motivational plenary sessions, you will hear from a wide-range of experts on how to push your development, regeneration and maintenance programmes forward to deliver good quality sustainable homes and communities.

  • ensuring your finances do what you want them to
  • reducing the environmental impact of your new homes further
  • health risks of maintenance and improvement materials
  • Energy Performance Certificates
  • microgeneration and renewable energy.

    Benefits of attending:

  • find out how you can reduce the cost-in-use of the new homes we build
  • develop your knowledge of how to reduce the cost of achieving level three of the Code for Sustainable Homes
  • find out what you should be doing with existing stock to meet environmental targets
  • gain key information and learn from best practice examples from across the sector with our expert speakers
  • learn about your responsibilities as employers towards on-site workers
  • numerous opportunities to network within the exhibition and discuss new ideas with a great range of delegates.

SESSION MOVED FROM MONDAY 7 JULY

The first switchover to digital TV took place at the end of 2007 in Whitehaven, Cumbria and rolls out across the UK, TV region by TV region until 2012. Much effort is going into making sure that the switchover message gets across to consumers and preparations are put in hand at the earliest opportunity. In Whitehaven the switchover was successful. However, lessons were learnt and this workshop will consider those lessons. Failing to be ready for the switchover could be a PR disaster for your organisation, so come along find out what you should and could be doing including applying for the new Accreditation Award 'Homes set for Digital'.
