We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative, who will be able to have high level conversations within key organisations, to establish their digital goals and needs. No two calls are the same, so you must be able to think on your feet and enjoy challenging conversations.
Reporting into the Head of Business Development you will be responsible for supporting him by identifying and contacting (over the phone and email) relevant decision makers at trade associations, charities, research bodies and companies with a view to setting up sales appointments for the Business Development team.
Although this is not a revenue generation sales role you will be targeted on the quality of appointments booked and be incentivized with an attractive commission / bonus scheme based on the number of meetings booked and the revenue they generate.
We very much see this role progressing into Business Development Executive role and this would suit an ambitious graduate, ideally with some sales experience, who is looking to build their career with a small, agile and fun production company.

Skills, knowledge and experience
- Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated, self assured and a strong desire to succeed
- Previous sales experience
- An interest in politics and current affairs ??
