Freelance animators needed to work on political and policy related projects

Recruiter: Senate Media

Date Posted: 19th January 2018

Closing Date: 19th February 2018

Location: UK

Contract: Freelance

Hours: As required

Salary: £150 per day

We’re seeking a talented animator to join our studio for two to three consecutive days over the next couple of weeks, with a view to establishing a regular collaboration.

Working alongside our small – but prolific – team of scriptwriters, graphic designers and animators, you will be responsible for producing animations from static assets and storyboards, using Adobe After Effects.

The role would suit a skilled motion graphics designer (with a minimum of three years’ experience and some relevant examples to share with us), with creative flair who thrives in a deadline driven environment.

In return, we offer the chance to work with a great team, on a variety of topics ranging from Brexit and climate change to the living wage and arts and culture.

We also offer flexibility – after the initial project, you would be welcome to work from home or at our studio and we can offer work regularly or on a project by project basis.

Our day rate is £150 and you would need to provide your own laptop and software. You can see some of our work here.

If you’d like to discuss the opportunity further, please send your CV, showreel and/or relevant examples of your work to
